Basic information about SEOYEN and subscriptions

SEOYEN is an all-in-one SEO platform based in Turkey. It offers tools like keyword research, rank tracking, backlink analysis, technical audits, and AI visibility tracking in a single dashboard.

Yes. After signing up, you can access all Individual plan features with a 7-day trial period. After the trial, you are automatically moved to the plan you selected.

Depending on your needs, we recommend the Individual or Pro plan. Individual is suitable for a small number of projects and daily tracking, while Pro is ideal for agencies and large portfolios. For details, see the comparison table on the Pricing page.

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from Settings > Plan in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades become active at the end of the current billing period.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, and EFT/Wire Transfer. All payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure.

An annual subscription offers approximately twenty percent savings. If your budget is fixed and you plan to use it long term, you can choose annual billing.

You can cancel with one click from Settings > Plan > Cancel Subscription in the dashboard. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period.

All data is stored on our servers in Turkey in compliance with KVKK. It is not shared with third parties, and Google connections are granted read-only access only.

Yes. The entire dashboard interface and support channels are available in Turkish. You can reach us through the contact form for your questions and issues.

Usage

Technical Questions

Integrations, verification, and module usage

After logging into the dashboard, follow Settings > Integrations > Google Search Console. Once you authorize with your Google account one time, all connected properties are listed automatically.

On the screen you are directed to when adding a project, you can use either DNS TXT record verification or HTML meta tag verification. DNS verification is usually completed within 5 minutes.

From the WordPress admin panel, just search for SEOYEN on Plugins > Add New. After activation, copy your API key from the Integrations tab in the dashboard and paste it in.

All tracked keywords are automatically updated once per day in the morning. Optional manual refresh is also available.

The visibility of your brand and your selected queries is measured regularly in ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude engines. Competitor comparisons and historical trend charts can be reviewed in the dashboard.

Site Audit performs weekly automatic crawls within your plan limits. You can also trigger it manually at any time.

Yes, rank tracking and technical audit results are reported separately for both device types. Comparison charts are generated automatically.

Yes. You can track rankings by city, district, or custom location. Additional metrics are also monitored through a Google Business Profile connection.

The backlink database is updated continuously, and new and lost links appear in the dashboard within 24 hours. Historical data is never deleted.

RESTful API access is available on Pro plans and above. Documentation and sample code examples are listed on the API page inside the dashboard.

Billing

Invoices, payments, and plan changes

After each payment, an e-invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address. Past invoices are also available in Settings > Billing in the dashboard.

Yes. When you enter your company details under Settings > Billing, all invoices are issued in the company name including VAT.

All listed prices include twenty percent VAT. VAT is shown as a separate line on the invoice.

If you are not satisfied within the first seven days, you can request a full refund. Your request will be processed within three business days.

For upgrades, a prorated difference is applied based on the remaining days in the current billing period. For downgrades, the new price takes effect at the end of the current period.
