Traffic Analysis combines Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data to show your site’s traffic sources from multiple dimensions. Which data sources does Traffic Analysis require?
Google Analytics 4 integration is required for core functionality. A Google Search Console connection is also recommended for Organic Traffic segmentation. Both integrations can be completed with a single click from Settings → Integrations.
How does AI traffic detection work?
The system automatically recognizes domain names such as ChatGPT.com, Gemini.google.com, Perplexity.ai, Claude.ai, and similar sources in GA4 referral traffic, and assigns them to the “AI Traffic” category. This list is periodically updated with new AI tools.
How do I define my brand keywords?
When you first sign in, the system automatically adds your domain root as a brand keyword. From the “Brand / Generic” tab, you can enter additional brand keywords yourself or approve the system’s suggestions.
How far back does the data go?
After the GA4 integration is set up, historical data is also imported into the system. Up to 12 months of historical traffic data can be viewed on the Individual plan, and up to 18 months on the Pro plan.
