With SEOYEN White-Label Reporting, present all your reports, dashboards, and client portal with your own logo, colors, and domain name. When your clients see a powerful SEO platform, they think it is a tool you developed.
What Is White-Label Reporting?
White-Label Reporting is a brand customization system that allows you to present all reporting and dashboard features of the SEOYEN platform entirely under your own agency brand. The SEOYEN name, logo, and color scheme are replaced by the brand identity you define. In client PDF reports, live dashboard sharing links, automated email sends, and the client access portal, only your brand is visible.
SE Ranking and AgencyAnalytics also offer white-label solutions, but they do not include the full SEOYEN feature set. SEOYEN’s white-label offering comes with Turkey-focused SEO data, Turkish reports, and a comprehensive toolset. It is the ideal choice for Turkish digital agencies that want to deliver a reporting experience that stands out in local competition.

How Is It Used?
- In the panel, go to Settings → Branding and White-Label.

- Enter the company name and short slogan; these appear on the report cover page.
- Configure your domain with DNS verification for the email sender field.
- Create a test report and download the PDF to verify the branding.
- For each client, share the content you create from Live Dashboard or Report Scheduler using your own branded link.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which plan includes white-label?
White-label features are available starting with the Pro plan (3.799 ₺/month). Logo and color customization and the removal of SEOYEN branding start with the Pro plan. A custom email sender address and a client-specific access portal are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
Will clients have their own login accounts?
At this stage, clients do not log in to the panel; they only view reports and dashboards through private sharing links you provide. With the team member invitation feature, you can also invite people from your own team to the platform.
Can I charge my clients an additional fee?
Absolutely yes. SEOYEN does not interfere with how you price the reports you create and the SEO services you provide. Many agencies integrate SEOYEN’s white-label solution into their own SEO service packages and offer it to clients for a fixed monthly fee.
Can I use a custom domain (subdomain)?
No, custom subdomains (e.g. raporlar.ajansadiniz.com) are not currently supported. Sharing links are provided through the SEOYEN domain, but only your brand appears in the displayed content. Support for custom subdomains is planned for future releases.
